By using Kedauros (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
Kedauros is an AI-powered SEO content generation tool. It produces articles in any supported language, based on your site's data and preferences.
Output quality depends on your inputs. We do not guarantee specific SEO or ranking outcomes.
3. Account
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancellation is self-service via settings. After canceling, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Refunds are available within 7 days of your first charge. Email hello@kedauros.so to request one.
5. Intellectual property
Content you generate through the Service belongs to you. We claim no rights to it.
We do not use your data or content to train AI models.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service for: illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content; spam; copyright infringement; or producing content that deceives readers.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of it.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
