1. What we collect
Account: email, full name, UI language preference.
Payments: processed by Stripe. We don't store card details.
Content: your site URL, Brand DNA, keywords, and articles you generate.
Technical: IP address, browser, pages you visit (for analytics and debugging).
2. How we use it
To provide the Service.
To send you account-related emails (welcome, billing changes, feature updates).
To improve the product, via aggregate analytics (PostHog), not personally-identifiable data.
3. AI and model training
We do NOT use your Brand DNA, articles, or any other content for AI model training.
We send prompts to Anthropic (Claude) to generate articles. Anthropic does not use this data for training (per their Enterprise terms).
4. Third-party sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers required to operate the Service: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Sentry (error tracking).
5. Where data lives
Servers in the EU (Frankfurt). We comply with GDPR.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data anytime. Email privacy@kedauros.so.
You can export your data (articles, Brand DNA) from your dashboard settings.
7. Cookies
We only use essential cookies (auth session). No third-party tracking cookies without explicit consent.
8. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After account deletion, data is deleted within 30 days.
